**Job Title: HAND SPRAYER - 1st SHIFT** **Job Duties & Responsibilities:** - Must be able to understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and when appropriate, participate in modification of SOP to improve productivity and quality of product - Experienced in hand spraying materials using a steady and even motion - Quality driven - Knowledgeable of hand spraying equipment and the necessary techniques required to operate and adjust equipment - Ability to measure quantities of ingredients to match a standard board - Occasionally will be required to lift approximately 20 to 30 lbs. of product **Additional duties required:** - Follow safety procedures in handling stain - Wear required PPE: Respirator, safety glasses, gloves, arm sleeves, face shield when required, hearing protection if required in work area and others as required - Assist in other work areas as needed - All other duties, as required \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Work Environment & Physical Demands** - The work environment characteristics and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
