We would love to welcome you to our family. **A day in the life…** - Greets and interacts with customers. - Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise. - Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs. - Ensures sales areas are kept neat, clean, dusted, and in the correct place. - Ensures merchandise has proper tags and labeling. - Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations, and places special orders. - Ensures back stock is kept neat and orderly, checked, and stocked daily. - Maintains end caps and rotates end cap merchandise regularly. - Processes returns and exchanges. - Performs other related duties as assigned. **Apply if you have these skills.…** - Excellent customer service skills - Good verbal communication skills and active listening skills - Excellent sales and customer service skills - Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold - Ability to anticipate customer’s needs - Ability to recommend merchandise to customer - Ability to operate or to quickly learn the store’s point-of-sale system.
