This position assists with daily facility operations. These positions must also process class and activity registrations, sell facility memberships, schedule facility rentals and work concessions. **Experience, Knowledge, Skills:** Minimum Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire required. - Valid Driver License for 2 years and a clean driving record OR - Any combination of related education, experience, certifications and licenses that will result in a candidate successfully performing the essential functions of the job, AND - Possession of a valid driver’s license. Preferred: - Experience and knowledge of computer operations and use of software packages including Microsoft Office applications desired. - Spanish/English bilingual skills desired. - At least one year of golf course experience. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Extensive knowledge of all products offered in the pro shop. - Knowledge of the business operations and organizational structure of Colorado municipalities. - Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and departments. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems. - Strong interpersonal skills to promote effective interaction, communication, and teamwork. - Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills, with the ability to clearly interpret and convey information and ideas. - Effective organizational skills, including goal setting, time management, meeting coordination, and decision-making. - Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, adapt to change, and maintain effectiveness in dynamic environments. - Demonstrates a strong work ethic, a positive, solution-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for the work. - Ability to work independently using sound judgment, as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals. - Skilled at navigating complex political environments with professionalism and discretion. **Travel:** - Category A-Standard Local Travel: This position requires o…
