Through our partnership with charity water, we’re also committed to bringing clean water to one million people in Africa. **Guest Services Agent** Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a **Guest Services Agent.** In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for resort guests during the day and into the evening. This position is responsible for managing check-ins at the kiosk and the desk, addressing guest needs and creating memorable moments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to work on a team with professionalism, positivity and calm under pressure.
