Join our Team today and help us continue to be the smartest choice for a carwash. **As part of our team, your Guest Service Attendant duties will include: (Duties and Responsibilities)** - Increasing Guest Satisfaction - Ensure that each Guest receives a WOW Carwash best in class service experience. - Educate each Guest about our services, Guest benefits and operations and answer questions to each Guests satisfaction. - Guest questions are answered correctly, quickly, and in a friendly manner. - Help to achieve and exceed sales goals (Unlimited Wash Sales, Single Wash Ticket Average, Add on sales, etc.) - Reduce Damage Claims - Guide each vehicle onto the conveyor quickly, safely and maintain minimal space between vehicles. - The loading procedure is followed precisely, including smiling at the Guest and ending with two thumbs up. - Check every Guest’s vehicle before they enter the car wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues - Complete WOW Carwash daily cleaning duties as assigned. - Ensure that the entire site (Welcome Stations, tunnel, signage, vacuum and lot area, office, restroom, equipment and breakroom) adheres to the WOW Carwash standard. - Complete opening and/or closing procedures on shift. - Complete WOW carwash daily, weekly, monthly and preventative maintenance duties as assigned.
