**YOUR MISSION (The Job Description)** The Guest Service Ambassador will play an important role as the first face the customers see! They need to be welcoming and able to help them get checked in with the Front Desk team. The Guest Service Ambassador will be responsible for taking care of the customers' vehicles and luggage, ensuring that their luggage is delivered to the appropriate room without any issues. **THE NITTY-GRITTY (The Essential Job Duties)** - Greets arriving and departing guests - Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner - Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner - Performs drive and park assignments as per department policies and procedures **WHAT IT TAKES (The Qualities We Look For)** - Great team player with the ability to create excellent working relationships across the group. Collaborative approach with all departments - Ability to break down barriers and resolve potential conflicts swiftly and effortlessly - Creativity and innovation are essential! - Ability to think outside the box and approach all issues with a completely fresh approach - Ability to anticipate needs and over deliver wherever possible - Candidates must think on their feet and use their initiative to solve problems and deliver solutions - Excellent customer relations, communication, presentation, and organization skills of utmost importance - Able to change direction and work on multiple project aspects at once - Enthusiastic, passionate, able to enthuse and motivate others **MUST HAVE'S** - Immediately advise your supervisor of any moving violations in reference to your driver's license. For continued employment you must maintain 0 points on your DMV report. - Must have a valid California or Nevada driver's license. - Communicate effectively with customers as well as all levels of employees. - Drive cars of all types **WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE'S** - The skills and abilities necessary for effective performance within this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or related experience - Must possess a valid Nevada driver's license and a Department of Motor Vehicles report with no careless motor vehicle accidents and no moving violations within the last three years **THE WORKING CONDITIONS** - Run across flat land as well as up and down stairs to park and retrieve cars in as little amount of time as possible. Incumbent must be able to reach and grasp to retrieve keys for customers' vehicles - This position is subject to varying levels of crowds, smoke and sound, the severity of which depends upon customer volume. You may come into contact with pet hair or dander - This position requires you to work outside and is subject to all types of weather conditions.
