Guest Experience Associate - Exhale Spa - Part Time

Exhale Spa is seeking an outgoing, hospitality-focused **Guest Experience Associate** to deliver exceptional service while supporting spa operations, membership sales, and retail revenue. **Responsibilities** - Welcome guests and provide an outstanding spa and fitness experience. - Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reservations using **Mindbody**. - Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, memberships, and gift cards. - Utilize **InfoGenesis** POS systems for retail and service transactions. - Identify **upselling and cross-selling opportunities** by recommending services, memberships, packages, and retail products. - Support membership sales, renewals, and guest retention efforts. - Maintain a clean, organized front desk and retail boutique area. - Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Experience with **Mindbody** and **InfoGenesis** preferred. - Cash handling and payment processing experience. - Proven ability to drive sales through consultative recommendations and guest engagement. - Strong computer proficiency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Hospitality, spa, fitness, hotel, or retail experience preferred. - Ability to stand for extended periods of time. **Pay:** $18 per hour This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences while contributing to membership growth, retail sales, and overall business success.
