我们是一家正在打造 AI 智能体和消费级硬件设备的初创公司。用户可以让智能体跨工具执行任务，也可以通过定制设备随时捕捉意图。团队位于深圳和纽约，创始人曾在硅谷创办一家独角兽公司。 我们正在深圳招聘一名面向美国市场的 GTM 营销经理。你需要亲自制定定位、测试渠道、制作 brief、上线活动并复盘结果，而不是只管理代理商。 工作职责 • 为美国用户制定产品定位、核心信息和发布计划。 • 亲自管理 Meta、Google、YouTube、TikTok、X 或创作者渠道的测试。 • 建立创意测试节奏，快速迭代广告角度、落地页和转化漏斗。 • 跟踪 CAC、激活、留存、付费转化和回收周期，并清楚解释归因假设。 • 与产品、设计和硬件团队把用户反馈转化为更好的产品和内容。 任职要求 • 常驻深圳，3 年以上面向美国市场的软件、消费硬件或 DTC 增长经验。 • 有真实广告预算管理经验，能说明渠道、月度花费和量化结果。 • 英文写作和美国市场判断强，能独立从策略执行到复盘。 • 热爱 AI，并在日常工作中熟练使用 AI 工具。 English We are a startup building AI agents and consumer devices. Users prompt agents to take actions across their tools, while custom devices capture intent on the go. We are a small team in Shenzhen and New York; our founder previously started a Silicon Valley unicorn. We are hiring a Shenzhen-based GTM marketer to launch and grow our software and devices in the US. This is a hands-on role: define positioning, test channels, write briefs, launch campaigns, and own the learning loop. Responsibilities • Develop US positioning, messaging, launch plans, and channel experiments. • Personally manage paid and organic tests across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, X, and creators. • Run a fast creative-testing cadence across hooks, formats, landing pages, and funnels. • Track CAC, activation, retention, paid conversion, and payback; explain attribution assumptions clearly. • Turn market feedback into better product, creative, and onboarding decisions. Requirements • Based in Shenzhen with 3+ years growing US-facing software, consumer hardware, or DTC products. • Hands-on ownership of real ad budgets with clear channel, spend, and outcome examples. • Strong English writing and US-market judgment; able to work independently from strategy through execution. • Deep interest in AI and practical daily use of AI tools.
