This role provides leadership, maintains situational awareness, and supervises GSOC Operators and Analysts to ensure proper training, performance, and compliance with standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating responses to incidents and emergencies, managing reporting and escalation procedures, supporting crisis management and business continuity efforts, monitoring security systems, improving operational processes, and managing staffing and scheduling. The GSOC Manager works closely with leadership, clients, law enforcement, and external partners while demonstrating strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee 24/7 GSOC operations, ensuring full coverage and operational efficiency • Supervise, train, and develop GSOC staff, including scheduling and performance management • Monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and global events • Lead incident response efforts and ensure proper escalation protocols are followed • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Coordinate with internal teams, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed • Analyze security trends and produce incident reports and risk assessments • Ensure compliance with company policies and security best practices • Manage GSOC systems such as CCTV, access control, and incident management platforms Qualifications • Minimum 3–5+ years of GSOC or security operations experience • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role • Strong knowledge of security systems and monitoring tools • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure envi…
