This role oversees all phases from planning through occupancy while managing scope, budget, schedule, and contractor performance. * * * **Key Responsibilities** - Manage large-scale construction projects from planning through closeout - Develop project plans, cost estimates, schedules, and procurement strategies - Serve as on-site project manager, overseeing daily field operations and resolving complex issues - Review and approve design documents, submittals, and project deliverables - Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety standards, and quality requirements - Provide technical expertise across building systems and construction practices - Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and government stakeholders - Lead project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication - Maintain project documentation and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, and budget - Travel to project sites as needed **Minimum Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; and/or ten years of experience managing design and construction projects. - Master’s degree in a related field preferred. - Extensive knowledge of building design, construction methods, and commercial building systems, with the ability to solve complex technical and project challenges. - Proficiency in project management principles, construction scheduling, cost estimating, reading and interpreting construction documents, and writing scopes of work and specifications. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with customers, acquisition staff, contractors, financial managers, and other stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously. - Advanced computer skills and familiarity with project management and estimating software. **Why Choose MIRACORP?** At MIRACORP, we recognize that our employees are the **cornerstone** of our success.
