Our partner is looking for a Growth & Data (IC) based in Ireland.** As a Growth & Data Individual Contributor, you will play a pivotal role in turning data into meaningful business and product outcomes. Rather than focusing solely on reporting or analytics, you will own growth challenges from discovery to execution, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams. This position combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, experimentation, and stakeholder engagement to drive measurable impact. You'll work across the entire data lifecycle, helping shape decision-making, improve product adoption, and build scalable data solutions.
