Your key responsibilities include: · Perform planting, growing, and maintenance of various crops, ensuring optimal growth conditions and plant health. · Conduct soil analysis, implement soil improvement strategies, and manage irrigation systems for optimal water supply. · Monitor and manage pests and diseases using integrated pest management practices. · Handle greenhouse and nursery operations, including seedling propagation and transplanting. · Execute the harvesting process and manage post-harvest handling, including cleaning, sorting, and packaging. · Maintain accurate records of planting, growth, and production activities, and prepare regular reports on garden operations. **Position requirements:** · A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. · A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field is required. · Knowledge of plant biology, soil science, pest and disease management, and irrigation systems is required. **Sound like the right place for you?
