Group Product Manager, Product Solutions

Our partner is looking for a Group Product Manager, Product Solutions based in United States.** This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of Product Managers and shape the future of enterprise AI solutions. You will own a portfolio of innovative products, guiding ideas from early discovery through deployment and measurable business impact. Working closely with enterprise customers, you will identify high-value opportunities and define solutions that solve complex business challenges. This position requires strong product leadership, strategic thinking, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment. You will influence product direction, mentor talented PMs, and drive the creation of scalable AI-powered experiences. As part of a high-growth technology environment, you will collaborate with engineering, AI, go-to-market, and customer teams to deliver impactful solutions. ### Accountabilities: As a Group Product Manager, Product Solutions, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of enterprise AI products. You will guide Product Managers, define product opportunities, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful customer outcomes while balancing speed, quality, and scalability. - Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers responsible for building complex AI solutions for enterprise customers. - Partner directly with customers to identify high-value problems, validate use cases, define success metrics, and prioritize opportunities with strong business impact. - Operate effectively in ambiguous environments by shaping undefined challenges into clear product strategies and execution plans. - Drive products and solutions from initial concepts and prototypes through production deployment and continuous improvement. - Own prioritization across multiple customer engagements, ensuring teams focus on the highest-impact initiatives. - Support Product Managers with strategic decision-making, prioritization, trade-offs, and removing execution blockers. - Balance rapid innovation with long-term product quality, scalability, reuse, and platform thinking. - Identify opportunities to transform successful customer solutions into repeatable products and capabilities. - Collaborate closely with engineering, AI, go-to-market, and customer teams to align execution with business goals. - Develop product talent by improving team members’ product judgment, leadership skills, and ability to navigate complex challenges. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader who thrives in high-growth environments and has a proven ability to build products from concept to real-world impact. You should be comfortable working with enterprise customers, managing ambiguity, and leading cross-functional teams. - 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing and developing Product Managers. - Proven experience leading teams that build complex products or systems in fast-moving or highly technical environments. - Strong background working with enterprise customers and managing competing business requirements and constraints. - Demonstrated ability to identify customer problems, define product opportunities, and deliver solutions from 0 to 1. - Experience balancing product speed, quality, scalability, and long-term strategic value. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower teams while providing clear direction and support. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across engineering, AI, business, and customer-facing teams. - Ability to operate independently, make informed decisions, and succeed in environments where processes and requirements are constantly evolving. - Strong product strategy, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities. ## Benefits: - Opportunity to lead impactful enterprise AI…
