Who we are Mindtickle is the leading AI-powered revenue enablement platform that combines on-the-job learning and deal execution to drive behavior change and get more revenue per rep. Mindtickle is recognized as a market leader by top industry analysts and is ranked by G2 as the #1 sales onboarding and training product. Our commitment to innovation has also earned us the "AI-based Sales Solution of the Year" award in the 8th annual AI Breakthrough Awards program (PR Newswire), and a Gold Stevie Award for Sales and Customer Service (Mindtickle)- recognition of our dedication to both product excellence and outstanding customer support. Job Snapshot Mindtickle is hiring a Group Product Manager to own Behavior Intelligence and Performance Intelligence — the AI that turns the signals about a sales rep (calls, role plays, assessments, CRM activity) into insight on how each rep performs, and the products that put that insight in front of frontline managers and revenue leaders. The problem is hard in a specific way. "Is this rep good at discovery?" has no correct answer sitting in a table, and the output is a judgment about a person that a manager or CFO will challenge. You will decide what counts as correct, get customers to agree with it, and defend it. The role spans deep AI product work on one side and senior revenue leaders as your users on the other. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You own the charter end to end: product direction, roadmap, customer relationships, and business outcomes.
