Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Creative Development & Project Oversight Own ideation and copy execution across multiple brand workstreams or campaigns with minimal supervision. Develop integrated concepts and copy in partnership with art directors and designers, ensuring strategic and visual cohesion across channels. Translate complex scientific, clinical, and medical information into clear, compelling, audience-appropriate messaging for HCP, patient, and other healthcare audiences. Contribute to brand positioning, messaging frameworks, campaign rationale, and narrative development. Maintain high standards for tone, structure, accuracy, and brand consistency across all copy deliverables. Fully monitor copy development across assigned projects, providing direction and hands-on writing or editing support as needed. Anticipate creative, project, or regulatory roadblocks and provide practical guidance to keep work moving efficiently and on strategy. Client Support & Creative Partnership Participate actively in internal and client meetings, presenting copy, concepts and creative rationale clearly, confidently, and persuasively. Maintain a deep understanding of the brand and its business objectives, target audiences, market dynamics, competitors, and regulatory nuances. Build client trust through creative quality, responsiveness, sound judgment, and consistent value delivery. Partner closely with account and strategy teams to ensure creative recommendations address client needs and elevate the brand. Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while protecting the strategic and creative integrity of the work. Leadership & People Development Co-lead creative development with art partners and help establish clear direction for assigned teams. Manage and mentor junior and mid-level copywriters, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and support for career and performance growth. Review team members' work for conceptual strength, writing quality, scientific accuracy, brand consistency, and submission readiness. Help plan workloads, identify resource needs, and contribute to staffing decisions within the creative department.
