If you have the technical know-how and a knack for solving problems, apply today! **Position:** Groundskeeper/Make Ready **Category:** Non-Exempt (Hourly) 18.00-19.00 **Supervisor:** Community Manager & Service Supervisor **Hours:** Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services. Workdays may be adjusted based on community needs. Full Time: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (average 40 hours). **Physical** **Demands:** Medium work (exerting 50 lbs. of force occasionally), climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing. Visual acuity to operate hand tools.
