Under the direction of the Property Manager and Facilities Manager, the Grounds Tech performs a variety of grounds and property upkeep duties in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. This position assists with maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our communities while using standard groundskeeping tools, equipment, and maintenance practices. Apply Today!** TLC Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer. **Benefits include PTO, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and a rental discount after completing the probationary period.** - Perform general groundskeeping duties to maintain clean, safe, and orderly communities, including trash and pet waste removal, breezeway cleaning, and exterior property upkeep. - Perform seasonal grounds duties, including snow and ice removal, deicing, leaf removal, and light landscaping. - Assist with custodial duties as needed. - Safely operate standard groundskeeping tools and equipment and use required personal protective equipment (PPE). - Maintain basic reports and records as required. - Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time. - Follow established safety procedures and basic Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
