As a Grounds Person, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and safety of our outdoor spaces. From manicured lawns to vibrant flower beds, you’ll ensure our grounds are always at their best. **What You’ll Do:** - Maintain and enhance the landscaping of our grounds, including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching - Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow clearing, and de-icing walkways - Inspect and maintain outdoor facilities, including playgrounds, walkways, and parking areas - Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment like mowers, trimmers, and snow blowers - Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of outdoor structures and amenities - Ensure the grounds are safe, clean, and inviting for employees and visitors - Collaborate with the maintenance team on special projects and events **What You Bring:** - Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field - Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and grounds maintenance equipment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work - Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions - A positive attitude and a love for working outdoors - Relevant certifications (e.g., pesticide application, arboriculture) are a plus **Your Benefits:** - Paid medical insurance for employee.
