Our team members are the soul of our company, and they embody our company values: Integrity – Empowerment – Relationships – Performance – Innovation – Balanced Life **Summary** Workers will perform a combination of the following duties to maintain grounds/turf of golf course in playing condition: grade new turf area; apply fertilizer; mow rough and fairway areas; cut turf; assist with sprinkler head system, lay sod, dig and rake ground; grade and clean traps; plant and trim trees and shrubs; use hand tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, weed-eaters, backpack blowers, golf maintenance carts, rakes and shovels). ## Responsibilities **Work Schedule:** **Full-time:** 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. ## Qualifications **Requirements:** - Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs frequently - No education required; 1 month of golf course or landscape maintenanceexperience preferred. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather conditions. - Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, lifting, andstanding for extended periods. **Wage**:Starting rate of $20.00 per hour **Compensation & Benefits** **As a valued full time member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:** - Health insurance – four plans available including two Health Savings Account eligible plans. - Dental, vision, life and disability insurance. - Employee Assistance Program. - Room discounts for all team members, as well as for their friends and family immediately upon hire. - Full-time employees are entitled to 5 complimentary nights per year after 6 months of employment. - Paid sick leave. - Eligible employees, 18 and older can register for a 401(k) with Fidelity after just 3 months of employment, helping you invest in your future; our plan has a company match and no vesting schedule. - Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI). - Company provided uniforms - Continuing Education Allowance - Including support for local and national industry shows and the EM Certification Program through the GCSAA) - Employee meals are supplied during the summer months. - Transportation: Provided to and from Cornerstone; no reimbursement if transportation is not provided. - Flexible Time Off This position will be posted until October 1st, 2026, unless filled sooner.
