Our Creative Team is at the heart of everything we produce. # Role Overview As a Graphic Designer, you'll join our Creative Team to produce impressive, effective, and clever design work across a diverse client roster. You'll concept, design, and ship visual assets for branding, web, digital advertising, email marketing, and social media — collaborating daily with account managers, strategists, and fellow creatives. Agency experience is required for this role. # Responsibilities & Duties - Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual assets for branding, web design, digital advertising, email marketing, and social media. - Collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and team members to translate client needs into impactful visuals. - Develop and maintain brand identities — logos, guidelines, and consistent application across all touchpoints. - Design user-friendly, conversion-focused websites and landing pages using Webflow and Instapage. - Create eye-catching digital advertisements for social media and display platforms. - Produce and support email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Active Campaign. - Leverage AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, and similar) to accelerate creative production and automate repetitive workflows. - Stay current on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices — and bring them into your work. - Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. # Portfolio Requirements Your portfolio must demonstrate work across all three of the following: - Web design — full website or landing page designs - Logo & brand identity — logomarks, brand guidelines, or identity systems - Digital ads & social content — paid social, display ads, or social media graphics # Required Tech Stack ## Design & Web - Adobe Photoshop (required) - Adobe Illustrator (required) - Figma - Webflow - Instapage ## Email Marketing - Any major ESP: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign, Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar ## AI & Automation - Image & LLM: Gemini (image generation), ChatGPT (LLM & image generation), Claude (LLM & automations) - Video & image generation: Higgsfield or a comparable tool (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, etc.) - Automation platforms: Zapier, Make, or similar — to streamline and automate repetitive design workflows ## Collaboration & Project Management - Slack — daily team communication - Basecamp — project tracking and client deliverables # Qualifications & Skills - 3–5 years of graphic design experience, with agency experience required. - Advanced English language skills — verbal and written (client-facing communication is part of this role). - Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and conversion-focused design. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines independently. - Strong presentation and brand experience — you can explain your design choices using industry standards. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills; team player with a positive attitude. - Comfortable with print design processes and requirements. # How Success Is Measured - Timely completion of design projects - Client satisfaction with deliverables - Consistency in meeting project goals and deadlines - Quality of design work as per approved standards - Effective collaboration across teams and departments
