Grand Lake Physician Practice Secretary

**Hours of Job** - Part-time 1st Shift 32 Hours - No Weekends or Holidays Required **Duties and Key Responsibilities** - Works under the supervision of the Practice Manager/Coordinator. - Is responsible for being able to multitask all clerical activities. - Public/guest relations and communications are key components of the job. - Acts as the focus of communication in the work area regarding all staff, providers, and patient care activities, family, etc. - Performs clerical, registration, and scheduling duties for a full range of patient services. - Performs other duties to assist manager, coordinator, co-workers, and providers. **Requirements** - Good interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, familites, and co-workers. - Flexability in scheduling to meet department needs. **Education/Certifications** - High School education required.
