About the program At Fever, we believe world-class technology companies can be built from Spain, and that exceptional early-career talent should have the opportunity to start their careers working on ambitious, global products. The Graduate Software Engineering program is designed to support outstanding final-year engineering students and recent graduates who want to begin their professional careers in technology. As a Graduate Software Engineer , you will join Fever’s engineering team and work in a real production environment from day one. You’ll contribute to systems and products used by millions of people around the world while learning from experienced engineers and developing the technical foundations for a long-term career in software engineering. This is a 6-month, full-time program , with the possibility to transition to a permanent position afterwards. About you We’re looking for high-potential engineers at the very beginning of their careers who are excited about building software and learning quickly. You might be a great fit if you: Are a final-year engineering student or recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate Have an excellent academic track record and rank among the top 10% of your class Are looking for your first professional experience in software engineering Have a solid foundation in programming and software engineering fundamentals Care about clean code, testing, best practices, and understanding why things work Are curious, proactive, and enjoy solving challenging problems Are comfortable learning by doing, receiving feedback, and continuously improving Want to grow in a fast-paced, international engineering environment Your engineering specialization is less important than your ability to learn, your technical foundations, and your motivation to build great software.
