Grader Equipment Operator

**B.H.** **Inc. of North Salt Lake City, UT** is looking to hire a **full-time** experienced and certified **Grader Equipment Operator** to join our utility construction team. This specialized role involves the safe and precise operation of excavation equipment.. This is a field-based position that requires a high degree of technical skill, safety commitment, and versatility. As an experienced Grader Equipment Operator, you will earn **$29 to $36 (depending on experience) per hour to start,** **paid weekly**. The schedule for this position varies but is typically **Monday-Friday 40-50 hours per week.** You will also be eligible for benefits including **health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO)**. If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, please fill out our initial **3-minute, mobile-friendly application**. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Good experience with **construction** practices and a proven ability to safely operate graders and various other heavy equipment - Demonstrated experience with both rough and fine grade - Willingness to work outdoors in **all types of weather** conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.). - **Strong commitment to safety** and the ability to **strictly follow safety procedures** and **properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**. - 3 years of grader operation experience **ABOUT B.H.
