Located in Chester, NH, Chester Academy is a PreK�8 public school serving approximately 500 students. Our school is known for its strong sense of community, dedicated staff, and commitment to student success. Qualifications: NH Certification (Early Childhood K - 3, Elementary K -6 or K - 8) or Statement of Eligibility Responsibilities and Duties: Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where all students can learn and thrive. Plan and deliver high-quality instruction using research-based and developmentally appropriate practices. Differentiate instruction and provide accommodations and modifications to meet diverse student needs. Assess student learning, monitor progress, and use data to inform instruction. Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and families to support student success. Participate in student support, special education, and MTSS processes as appropriate. Maintain positive communication with families regarding student progress and classroom activities. Contribute to a positive school culture through active participation in professional learning, team meetings, and school activities. Supervise students and consistently implement school expectations to maintain a safe learning environment. Maintain required certifications and fulfill other duties as assigned by the Principal.
