Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role. Experience in product management, with cloud operations, infrastructure products, or technical tooling, and with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices. Experience with operational tooling for cloud environments (e.g., monitoring, logging, automation tools). Experience defining product outlook, strategy, and roadmaps from concept to launch. Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team of Product Managers. Preferred qualifications: Experience working with products designed to meet strict security and compliance requirements. Understanding of data sovereignty, operational sovereignty, and the regulatory landscapes impacting cloud adoption in sensitive sectors (e.g., GDPR, SecNumCloud). Ability to discuss technical details of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and operational frameworks with engineering teams and grasp complex technical challenges and translate them into product solutions.
