Your responsibilities include: Welcome golfers with a friendly smile and outstanding customer service. Assist guests with loading and unloading golf bags. Clean, prepare, and stage golf carts for daily play. Maintain the bag drop, bag room, cart barn, service areas, and driving range. Label and organize golf bags and rental clubs. Pick the driving range throughout the day and at closing. Empty trash and keep golf facilities clean and organized. Secure the cart barn and bag room at the end of the day. Provide guests with directions around the resort and recommend local attractions when needed. Support teammates and assist with other duties to help create an outstanding guest experience. What We're Looking For Friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stay active throughout the shift, including lifting golf bags Team player with a positive attitude Interest or familiarity with the game of golf is a plus Valid driver's license required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience Previous customer service or golf course experience is helpful but not required�we're happy to train the right person!
