West Central Behavioral Health (WCBH) is seeking a **GO-NORTH Grant Manager** to lead administration, coordination, and compliance oversight of our GO-NORTH behavioral health funding initiatives and other assigned government grants. This role partners closely with the Director of Government Grants to keep grant operations running smoothly across the organization — from compliance tracking to reporting to strategic pipeline development. If you're a detail-oriented grant professional who thrives on turning complex federal requirements into clear systems and successful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you. **What You'll Do** - Serve as the cross-functional liaison coordinating GO-NORTH implementation, reporting, and timelines - Support compliance with Federal Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and related grant requirements - Partner with Finance on reimbursements, draws, budget modifications, reconciliations, and audit readiness - Maintain grant compliance calendars, obligation trackers, and reporting schedules - Co-lead development of federal and state grant applications, continuation requests, and amendments - Research and evaluate new government funding opportunities to build a forward-looking grants pipeline - Monitor performance against grant deliverables and work with program leadership to resolve variances - Represent WCBH at GO-NORTH meetings, webinars, learning collaboratives, and site visits ## Requirements **Education** Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field required. **Experience** Minimum of five (5) years of experience in government grant management, including administration of complex, multi-year awards. **Required Skills** - Demonstrated experience with complex, multi-year government awards. - Ability to work collaboratively to manage deadlines and adjust to changing priorities in a timely manner. - Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with federal grant systems, including Grants.gov, SAM.gov, and agency-specific portals. - Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. **Preferred Skills** - Prior experience in a community mental health, nonprofit healthcare, or higher education environment preferred. **Physical Requirements** - Ability to access all agency sites - Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 10 pounds **Other** - Ability to obtain and maintain required agency and/or State of New Hampshire background checks. - Understanding confidentiality requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
