The GM position is a key member of our team and is responsible for daily club operations, ensuring “Raving Fans” service! **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high performing staff, consisting of Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, and Trainers. - Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensuring staff follows superior customer service guidelines. - Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development. - Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate fast improvements and improved working relationships. - Scheduling and supervising staff. - Timely and accurate payroll records and submitting of payroll to HR. - Member Service and Trainer oversight - Ensuring staff is always providing a superior customer experience, including resolving member situations. - Involved in all front desk related activities including: - Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions. - Check members into the system. - New member sign-up. - Take pros…
