MOD-PAC Corp. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. ## Description **\*Responsibilities of our Gluer Operators include:** - Perform set-up of machine specific to each job - Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments - Clear machine jams - Follow daily production schedule - Complete daily production log - Provide direction to employees working on your line - Run multiple machines at a time - Perform preventative maintenance as required - Perform in-process inspection following quality guidelines ## Requirements **\*Requirements for our Gluer Operators include:** - Follow procedures, specifications, and guidelines for the position - Work at an efficient production pace meeting expectations - Clean and maintain work area - Good mechanical aptitude - Work overtime as required - Excellent team working skills - Communicate effectively (verbal and written) **\*Physical Requirements include:** - Constant standing and walking - Frequent grasping, reaching and bending - Ability to lift 10lbs or less - Ability to push/pull 12 lbs or less
