This is not a trainee-level role. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across technical and non-technical functions, helping shape the quality of teams we deliver to our clients. Approximately 1–2 years of hands-on sourcing experience is sufficient, provided you demonstrate strong sourcing fundamentals, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.
