This is not a traditional litigation paralegal role. The firm is looking for a dependable, organized, technology-forward legal assistant who can execute assigned tasks consistently, manage documents accurately, and help keep litigation files moving through strong administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, repetition, organization, and technology. Success will depend on accuracy, follow-through, comfort with AI-enabled legal tools, and the ability to complete administrative litigation support tasks independently with minimal supervision. What you’ll do: Medical Record Management: Download, organize, rename, and upload medical records accurately and consistently. Filevine Task Execution: Complete assigned Filevine tasks independently and keep case information, documents, and task updates organized. EvenUp Document Support: Manage documents within EvenUp and assist with preparing organized materials for case review. Administrative Litigation Support: Assist with basic pleadings, filings, document preparation, and other litigation support tasks as assigned. Document Organization: Maintain clean, consistent naming conventions and filing practices so documents are easy to locate and review. Technology Adoption: Use and learn tools such as Filevine, EvenUp, ChatGPT Pro, and Briefpoint to support efficient legal operations.
