Position description Lead the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of HR Operations programs and services across our global footprint, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery in every region we operate in. Based in Austin, TX, this role partners closely with the Director of HR Operations to translate global strategy into reliable, well-governed execution, while managing regional nuances in compliance, process, and talent experience.
