# On-Call Caregiver ## Earn Significant Income with Flexible On-Call Shifts **HHA or CNA certification desired** (strong experience with seniors considered if non-certified). On-Call Caregivers have potential to earn significant income through full-time work, overtime, flat-rate on-call stipends, bonuses, and more. * * * ## Main Function Be available outside regular business hours to fill last-minute call-outs and urgent client needs. Assist clients with activities of daily living in their homes while delivering quality, safe care. * * * ## On-Call Responsibilities - Agree to specific On-Call hours/days - Receive **stipend for being On-Call** plus hourly wage for hours worked - Return all calls **within 15 minutes** during On-Call period (may be called anytime, including overnight) - Be able to leave for a client **within 30 minutes** of receiving a call - Accept all assignments during On-Call period, regardless of location (includes assisted living and hospice) - Forfeit stipend if unable to comply - Maintain reliable transportation, email access, and clean insured vehicle - Follow all care plans, documentation, confidentiality, and PPE requirements - Perform all HHA/CNA/PCA job duties * * * ## Skills & Qualifications - Respectful, compassionate, dependable - Strong communication and time management - Reliable transportation - High school diploma or equivalent * * * ## Key Duties - Assist with mobility, personal care, and hygiene - Prepare meals and assist with errands - Light housekeeping - Provide companionship - Report incidents and respond to emergencies * * * ## Benefits - 401(k) with matching - Medical/Aflac (30+ hrs/week) - Life insurance, PTO, flexible schedule - Professional development, referral program - **$250 Sign-On Bonus** * * * **Guardian Angel Senior Services** is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
