Enjoy flexible, self‑determined schedules based on available clients. * * * ## Position: Live‑In Caregiver **Salary:** 240–360 per day **Live‑In Structure:** - Work week is Monday–Sunday (Day 1 = first day worked that week) - Paid for 16 hours of a 24‑hour shift, with 8 hours of unpaid rest - Caregivers should receive 8 hours of rest at night - Private sleeping area and access to bath/shower provided - Clients provide food; if not possible, caregiver receives a 10/day meal stipend * * * ## Responsibilities - Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the home - Help with personal care and hygiene - Plan and prepare meals with client input - Assist with shopping and errands - Perform light housekeeping duties - Serve as a pleasant, supportive companion - Report any unusual incidents * * * ## Qualifications - Own vehicle and reliable transportation to and from clients - Home Health Aide or CNA license - Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Willingness to follow health and safety standards - Respectful, compassionate, and ethical - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * * * ## Perks & Benefits - Sign‑on bonus - Referral bonus - 401(k) - Employee discounts - Flexible schedule - Medical insurance - Life insurance - Paid time off * * * Guardian Angel Senior Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
