Independent professional, analytical, and technical leadership position responsible for the strategic implementation, architectural oversight, and management of the City’s Enterprise Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and associated data. The position acts as a primary liaison between Information Technology and various City departments to ensure GIS integration with enterprise workflows. This position reports to the Director of Information Technology. Provides continuous monitoring of work processes to ensure quality assurance, data governance, and proactive improvements to city-wide spatial procedures.
