Run analysis reports to ensure inventory meets par levels to support growing business operations. Oversee inventory levels for the LVHN network, supporting eight gift shops. **Job Duties** - Developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices. - Monitoring and managing purchase orders, receipts, and payments. Managing inventory transfers, adjustments, and write-offs for the Network. - Receiving merchandise, checking shipments, pulling orders, producing tickets and electronically posting completed receivers and purchase orders. - Working with vendors to correct any shipping discrepancies. - Coordinating with the Gift Shop Buyer to review inventory levels and make recommendations about restocking orders. - Providing detailed inventory reports to the management team. Identifying and resolving discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts. - Conducting regular inventory audits and keeping inventory spaces organized. - Completing daily shop reconciliation. **Minimum Qualifications** - High School Diploma/GED - 5 years Retail management experience - Working knowledge of data management systems to accurately track inventory and create reports. - Self-starter with an ability to collaborate with others. - Excellent organization with an analytical mind and math skills. - An analytical mind with strong math skills. - Basic understanding of processing freight. **Preferred Qualifications** - Associate’s Degree Business, finance, marketing, or data management - Working knowledge of POS systems **Physical Demands** Lift and carry 40-50 lbs. Examples: Push/pull patients on bed, stretcher (requires 29 lbs. push force), lateral transfers up to 50 lbs. of the patient's weight. Frequent to continuous standing/walking. Patient transporters can walk 8-10 miles per shift. \*Patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
