At Bailey Education Group, we have a proven track record in professional development programs and coaching services that is quantifiable. ### **What does an elementary ELA Teacher/Instructional Coach/Master Educator do?** As a Contract Instructional Coach serving Georgia's middle and high schools, you will support teachers in elevating secondary literacy instruction through strong content knowledge and evidence-based practices.
