Pay is $18.00-$19.00 hourly (CNA $19.00-$20.00 hourly). **Responsibilities:** - Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing. - Monitor client health as per care plans. - Assist with daily living activities and mobility support. - Engage clients in meaningful conversation and companionship. - Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. - Document and report changes in client condition to the care team. - Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition management. **Requirements:** - 2 years previous experience in caregiving or home health preferred. - Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills. - Ability to lift and assist clients as required. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Clear background check and drug screening. - Flexible availability, could include evenings and weekends. - First Aid, CPR certification and TB Test required. **About Us:** Generations Home Care LLC has been serving the Maricopa County community for over a decade, providing exceptional in-home care services.
