As a General Real Estate Appraiser, you will perform the following duties: - **Appraisal Oversight:** Review appraisal reports, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with standards - **Technical Guidance:** Provide direction to staff and assist with complex valuation challenges - **Contract Preparation:** Prepare bid forms, open sealed bids and award fee appraisal contracts - **Right Of Way:** Manage excess right of way sales including advertising, agreements and auction activities - **Legal Support:** Assist attorneys and staff with preparation for hearings, trials and property plan reviews - **Staff Leadership:** Assign work, evaluate performance, and guide training for appraisal personnel Interested in learning more? In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in King of Prussia. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
