If you're a passionate leader with a hunger for results, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** - Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction - Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team - Manage food cost, labor cost, and overall P&L to meet or exceed financial targets - Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code standards - Drive sales growth through community engagement, marketing initiatives, and exceptional service - Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize waste - Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, recognition, and retention - Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a top-tier dining experience **Requirements:** - 2+ years of restaurant general management experience, preferably in a high-volume or buffet-style setting - Proven track record of meeting financial goals including food cost and labor management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities - ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge preferred - Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays - Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems **About Us:** TA Corral, LLC operates Golden Corral in Cullman, AL, bringing guests the legendary buffet experience they know and love with an extensive spread of home-style favorites.
