General Laborer Day shift

### Description Overview: This position will work with breeder servicemen, supervise and monitor hatchery production, egg pickup, inventory and egg breakout at the lowest cost. The position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: **ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Maintain accurate records and be able to direct the workforce. 2. Hire and train personnel. 3. Monitor safety rules and regulations. 4. Set schedule. 5. Observe all Bio-Security programs. 6. Oversee and monitor a safe working environment. 7. Oversee the production of healthy baby chicks for broiler grown out. 8.
