General Laborer - Culpeper, VA

**Mullens Markings Inc.** is a full-service line striping and pavement marking company providing high-quality highway, roadway, and parking lot striping services throughout **North Carolina, Maryland, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia**. We are currently seeking hardworking, dependable team members to join our growing crew. ## Job Responsibilities - Clean and prepare pavement surfaces for paint, epoxy, tape, or thermoplastic applications - Apply pavement markings including: - Highway long lines - Intersection markings (arrows, messages, symbols) - Parking lot striping - Lift, carry, load, and unload construction materials and equipment including: - Pavement marking supplies - Safety cones - Stencils - Traffic control devices - Work safely as part of a crew in active roadway and construction environments - Follow company safety procedures and project specifications ## Qualifications - Valid driver's license required - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds - Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check ## Preferred Qualifications - CDL (Commercial Driver's License) - Previous pavement marking and/or traffic control experience ## Why Join Mullens Markings Inc.? - Opportunity to work on highway and roadway improvement projects - Stable, growing company with projects across multiple states - Team-oriented work environment - On-the-job training opportunities available **Mullens Markings Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.**
