General Labor (S2)

**Job Title:** General Labor - Nights **Manager Title** Production Supervisor **FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt, Full-Time FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park. We design, build, test, sell and service our equipment consisting of products such as our well-known “Bull Hog” mulchers, the Stump Ex, our high-quality FTX tractors of varying horsepower, as well as many other attachments. We offer competitive wages, full health care benefits and a continuous learning culture for those who want to grow with the company. **Job Summary:** The General Labor position supports many different tasks in a manufacturing environment. **Job Duties/Responsibilities:** - Completes break out of material from laser systems. - Assist in warehouse to pull parts or put them away, as needed. - Manages 5S housekeeping in the production area. **Required Skills/Abilities:** - Must be reliable and willing to work as part of a team. - Must also be quality and safety driven. - Any warehouse skills and experience are a plus. - Prior experience with 5S and Continuous Improvement is a plus; however, this will be trained. - Performs other related duties as assigned. **Education and Experience:** - High school education or equivalent. - Crane and forklift experience is a plus. **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to safely lift 50 pounds. - Most work performed standing at floor level. *This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
