With a team of over 250 employees, we take pride in hard work, reliability, and creating opportunities for people who want to build something meaningful together. ### **Job Summary** The Production Team Member is responsible for supporting daily operations along the production line. This role involves handling product, operating machinery, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. * * * ### **Primary Responsibilities** - Follow company standards for speed, quality, and food safety - Work in various roles on the production line, including cutting/trimming, loading/unloading centrifuge machines, bagging, packing, and other duties as needed - Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment - Handle equipment and tools safely and report any issues immediately - Adhere to all company policies, food safety protocols, and health/safety regulations - Report pest or product quality issues to the supervisor, including type, location, and severity - Remain punctual and accurately use the company’s time-tracking system during breaks and lunches - Work in a production environment averaging 70°F, with background noise around 70 decibels * * * ### **Basic Job Requirements** - Must be at least 18 years of age - Must be a U.S. citizen, legal migrant, or permanent resident - Willing to work overtime or weekends when required - Able to take direction, accept feedback, and work independently or in a team * * * ### **Physical Requirements** - Ability to stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods - Regularly lift and move 1–50 pounds - Lift up to 50 pounds from floor level - Ability to squat, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift - Tolerate cold environments (as low as 34°F) for long duration * * * ### **Schedule** - 10-hour shifts - Night Shift (7:30 PM - 6.00 am ) - Overtime and weekend availability required * * * ### **Education** - High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) * * * ### **Benefits** - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan - Paid time off (PTO) after 90 days
