To learn more about us, visit https://www.austin-ind.com/what-we-do/industrial. **General Foreman** Provides day‑to‑day leadership to craft crews, oversees field execution, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with refinery standards, Austin Industrial procedures, and regulatory requirements. **Specific Duties and Responsibilities:** - Direct and supervise craft foremen and skilled craft teams during daily refinery operations, turnarounds, and maintenance activities. - Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and work sequencing to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within scope. - Enforce site safety policies, procedures, and permit‑to‑work requirements; lead daily safety meetings and job hazard analyses. - Monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure work quality and productivity standards are met. - Collaborate with operations, planning, engineering, and contractor teams to support project execution. - Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schedules, and specifications. - Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, time sheets, work orders, and toolbox talks. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to craft personnel. - Ensure compliance with OSHA, refinery regulations, and all applicable industry standards. - Other duties as assigned. - Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
