Job Skills / Requirements General Cleaner (Janitor / Floor Tech) LACOSTA is hiring a dependable Janitor / Floor Tech to help maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance in assigned facilities. This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in detailed cleaning, enjoys hands-on work, and has experience with floor care equipment and procedures. Why You’ll Like This Job Steady full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week Early shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, leaving your afternoons free Weekly pay: Get paid every Friday Climate-controlled warehouse environment Supportive team environment Company-provided uniform and PPE Pay $16.00 per hour - Paid weekly every Friday What You’ll Do Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas Dust, wipe, and disinfect surfaces Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Perform floor maintenance including stripping, waxing, sealing, and buffing hard floors Operate floor machines such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and burnishers Clean carpets using extractors or other equipment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Use proper lifting techniques and required PPE Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Represent LACOSTA in a professional and dependable manner Requirements Must pass a background check and drug screening Must follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures Ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. independently Must wear LACOSTA-provided uniform and PPE Must provide and wear steel-toed shoes or boots Must remove all jewelry and accessories while working Apply Today Join LACOSTA and become part of a team that values safety, reliability, and hard work.
