GEN_AI_LEAD - ARCHITECT

Zensar Technologies seeks a GEN\_AI\_LEAD - ARCHITECT to drive innovative AI solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leading the development of autonomous AI agents for complex reasoning and task execution. We are thrilled to invite an exceptional Gen AI Lead to join our team and revolutionize AI implementation. In this role, you will transcend the boundaries of basic chatbots and spearhead the creation of intelligent, autonomous AI agents capable of intricate reasoning and task execution. As our Gen AI Lead, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between our technical teams and business objectives, harnessing your exceptional problem-solving prowess to transform abstract concepts into scalable, real-world AI applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI at Zensar Technologies. ### Responsibilities - Architect secure, scalable, and cost-effective AI solutions using GCP ecosystem, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions. - Lead the development of autonomous AI agents with tool usage, workflow orchestration, and decision-making capabilities. - Invent novel AI patterns and solutions to tackle complex business challenges, even when standard approaches are lacking. - Guide the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and seamless transition from prototyping to production. - Collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs. - Provide hands-on problem-solving expertise and lead a team of 4-5 members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Stay updated with the latest AI and GCP advancements, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation. - Ensure optimal performance and scalability by designing microservices and event-driven architectures for AI workloads. ### Qualifications - Mastery of Google Cloud services, particularly Vertex AI, Gemini API, Cloud Runs, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery, with a comprehensive understanding of GCP infrastructure services. - Proven expertise in multi-agent systems, function calling, reasoning loops (ReAct), and memory management in LLMs, showcasing a deep grasp of Agentic AI. - Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with Gen AI frameworks for efficient development and implementation. - 8-12 years of relevant experience in AI and software development, with a proven track record of leading successful AI projects. - Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, inspiring and guiding a team towards shared goals. - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, identifying efficient and innovative solutions. - A proactive and self-motivated work approach, staying updated with industry trends and advancements. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and a builder mindset, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical teams. ### About the Company At Zensar, we’re *“experience-led everything”*.
