A gas attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service as per Lil’ Pantry standards. The ideal candidate should be able quickly assist customers as needed while prioritizing accuracy and safety. **Duties and Responsibilities** ● Ensure that each customer receives exceptional service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer. ● Performs tasks accurately and efficiently ● Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements ● Manage all cash transactions ● Communicate customer requests to management ● Maintain orderly appearance of store and supplies stocked ● Reports to work for scheduled shifts, on-time and appropriately uniformed ● Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by management **Skills and Competencies** ● Ability to communicate professionally and politely with associates and customers ● Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation ● Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job ● Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle merchandise throughout the station, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above ● Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
