Tip Top Garage Doors is looking for a positive, dependable, and mechanically inclined Garage Door Technician to join our Charlotte team. We’re a family-run company built on quality workmanship, honest service, and treating our customers—and one another—like neighbors. Garage door experience is preferred, but it isn’t required. If you bring a strong work ethic, a customer-first attitude, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to build a rewarding long-term career. Compensation Earn $24 per hour during training After successfully completing training, compensation transitions from hourly pay to performance-based pay Technicians have a realistic earning potential of $100,000+ annually after training Your earning potential grows with your skills, productivity, customer service, and overall performance Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed.
