Candidates must be honest, trustworthy, and driven to help customers with long-term solutions . 🚀 What You’ll Do Install and service garage door systems, with an expectation of 2 systems per day Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-driven mindset Learn and grow your skills through hands-on training and field experience Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all work performed Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and our customers Ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards Collaborate with your team to improve processes and share knowledge 🧰 What You Bring Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs, climbing ladders, and using hand tools Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to different situations High school diploma or equivalent A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset 🎁 What We Offer Hourly pay with a realistic annual range of $50,000–$80,000 after training Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off & Holidays Employee discounts & referral bonuses A supportive team and opportunities for long-term career advancement 📍 Position based out of our Barboursville, WV office.
